Shipping Policy

VALENOR pieces are produced on demand and shipped to customers in the United States and Canada.

Production Time

Once an order is placed, production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before the item ships. During periods of high demand this window may extend slightly, we will note any delays on our homepage if they occur.

Shipping Time

After production, standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 8 business days within the United States and 5 to 12 business days within Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees, carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, listed prices include all costs. Orders from outside these regions may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
