Refund and Returns Policy

Every VALENOR piece is made to order. Production begins the moment your order is placed. Because of this, our returns process is intentionally narrow and focused on making things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Defects and Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, our choice, once the issue is confirmed.

Sizing

Please review our size guide before ordering. Because garments are produced individually for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Change of Mind

As each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
