Shipping
All U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every VALENOR piece to earn its place in your rotation. If it doesn't fit right, we'll make it right.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Store credit or refund to original payment method, your choice
- Exchanges for a different size are free of charge (one exchange per item)

Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label along with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you — replacement or full refund.
